What is CWA?
CWA- Community-Wide Account- is a declining balance account that can be used for purchases at the Brewer Bookstore, at dining services locations, the Stafford Fitness Center, for vending machine purchases, purchases at participating off-campus vendors and for payment of miscellaneous charges on student account.
How do I deposit into CWA?
There are three ways to deposit into your CWA.

- Make an in person deposit at the Brewer Bookstore or at the Student Financial Services Office.
I have $50 in my CWA, but I didn't deposit anything. Where did it come from?
If you signed up for a 21-meal plan, in the fall semester ONLY, $50 will be added to your CWA at the beginning of the semester. Enjoy it!
Are there any restrictions on the use of CWA?
Yes. Purchases on vending machines are limited to $20 per day. Alcohol may not be purchased at off-campus merchants with CWA- no exceptions for those of legal age. Cash withdrawals are not allowed.

What should I do if my student ID is lost or does not work?
Students are issued a student ID card for their entire educational period at St. Lawrence. If a student's ID card is not working he/she should report the problem to the Security and Safety office (Noble Center). If a student ID is lost he/she should obtain a new card for a fee at Security.
